Hanna's Baccalaureate and Graduation

Sunday night was Baccalaureate at Watermark Baptist Church in Ashford. Afterwards, Caleb and Hanna went to eat with us at the Log Cabin in Columbia. Jess and Sam were so excited because they got to ride with Hanna to the restaurant all the way from Ashford. Yes, I am slightly overprotective so that doesn't happen much!

Blue Jays

Clint helped out again this year.

The Blue Jay's had a winning season but Libby's pitching (Diamonds) was just too much for them to go undefeated!

And the award for the best Bat Girl goes to 

Samantha! She was at every game, hanging out in the dugout, cheering on her sister.

Biscuits Game in Montgomery

G.W. Long  students who made their AR goal for the year were treated with a field trip to Montgomery to see a Biscuits baseball game. Jessica made it, not because she wanted to read but because she didn't want to left behind at school. I cannot believe my children do not love to read like I do but whatever works!

 Suebie and Mrs. Ivey went with them so they got to move to the shaded seats. Lucky girls.

Samantha does not have too much experience skating so she is not ready to let go just yet.
