Clint's Birthday

Happy Birthday Daddy!
The girls had a great time making Clint's birthday cake. All the episodes we've watched of Cake Boss finally paid off. It's one of Jessica's favorite show.

Valentine's Day at G.W. Long Elementary

Payne Cole, Samantha's "wannabe sweetheart," gave her a green frog for Valentine's day. He told her he put that "kiss" on the frog's cheek just for her.
Samantha checking out all her Valentine's cards.
Below is Jessica and her twin, I mean her friend, Maddie, at the 3rd grade party.
All the cards had been delivered to their mail boxes and Jessica was about to open hers. Sweet anticipation...!
Their must have been something really "top secret" in her mail box because she decided she needed to hide under her desk to read it.
Trinity trying to see what the secret is.

Ice Castles and Snow Princesses

February 12, 2010...when will this happen again?
Samantha couldn't stop eating the snow long enough to play with it.
Jessica was so happy she could hit Samantha with a snowball and NOT get in trouble. Look at the size of that snowball. Samantha was still too busy eating the snow. That's her in the background eating snow off of a post. It would have been really funny if her tongue had stuck to it like in the movie A Christmas Story!
The snow fell from the time we woke up that morning until about 2:00. It was so beautiful looking out the windows and seeing huge snowflakes falling like rain. Click Play.
The next day the snow was still covering the ground and the sun was out. It was blinding us reflecting off of the white ground so we had to wear our sunglasses outside. Samantha and I made her a "snow castle" instead of a snowman.
Here's Clint and the girls with the snowman they made together. "Daddy" had to help with this one because it's a lot of hard work.

When Clint went inside we dolled "her" up a bit!
Jessica made this snow"woman" all by herself.
Jake had the most fun of all of us!
