They Got Gunked!

Jessica and Samantha could hardly wait for the Bethel Gunking competition between the boys and the girls. The big day finally came and they were not disappointed!
Below Mrs. Brandi is asking Caison and Samantha their question.

Samantha is pleading her case to Mrs. Nikki.
Mrs. Kristie got the honor of gunking Samantha.
Samantha said, "Hey, that was kinda fun."
Jessica could you at least try to answer the question! NO WAY... she liked being gunked too much. Mmm...cream pie, my favorite.
Here we go again!
And again...
and that wasn't enough so she had to slide in the gunk.
Thanks Mrs. Nikki and everyone at Bethel. We had a great time!
Then we went home and took at bath!

Sick Days

Jessica started off the week with a fever and kept it the entire week. Jessica was so bored and drove me crazy text messaging everybody in the contact list and sending messages on facebook to everyone in her friends list. It was so sweet, most of the time her message said... I love you! She missed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and then Friday just went to school sick so she could take her tests! Samantha got it too but was only out Wednesday and Thursday. She refused to be out on Friday because it was her day to be Mrs. Miller's helper. Sue went to Samantha's classroom to give her Tylenol and Samantha told her she did not have time to take tylenol because she was the helper!

Little Angel

A couple of weeks ago, Mrs. Miller asked the class how they can help others. When it was Samantha's turn to answer she said , "I can pray for them." Mrs. Miller said, "Oh my, that is the best answer ever!" Sam was so proud of herself but not as proud as Jesus and me.

BFF's on the Playground

MaKenna, Emmaline, Blake and Samantha on the playground. Samantha taking a Pepsi break. MaKenna and Emmailine taking a Pepsi break too.

Back to School

Here we are at Open House the Thursday before school started. The girls rode their ripsticks in Sue's classroom while I met with their teachers. I can't believe my baby started kindergarten. She was a little apprehensive to go into her classroom. I was surprised because she's been to preschool and daycare since she was 4 months old. I guess change is a little difficult for all of us. Here she is sitting beside MaKenna. Makenna went into the classroom before school started this year and moved their name cards to sit beside each other! So funny, but I'm glad she did. Samantha and MaKenna are in Mrs. Miller's room! Emmaline is in Mrs. Gulledge's and Blake is in Mrs. Whatley's room. Wesley from Westgate is in Mrs. Johnson's room.I snuck a picture of Jessica in her classroom. She's too old to let her mom come in and take a picture or even say "bye" or anything at all! Jessica is in Mrs. Tharpe's room this year.
